Meet Morgan

I'm a Holistic Counsellor + Yoga and Meditation Teacher

I support people to live in alignment to their inner wisdom and vitality with nearly 20 years of experience in this field. 

I know when we live our best we give our best, and the world becomes a better place.

I’ve learned that it’s not about being perfect or rigidly following some set of rules.

A healthy lifestyle is about deeply listening to our individual needs and knowing how to respond. It means taking responsibility for our health.

I’ll show you how to apply principles from Yoga and Ayurveda (traditional medicine system of India) to your life in a way that feels natural rather than forced and suites your unique life.

I offer a unique combination of all I’ve studied over the past 20 years in the health and wellness industry coupled with a deep compassion that’s grown from my own journey and commitment to live my best.

When I'm not teaching you'll most often find me outside surfing, hiking, reading a book on the beach, adventuring with friends, tending to my plants or getting into deep conversation with friends.
