I know none of us show up our best for family, work, friends or dreams if we aren't taking care of ourselves. But I also know it can feel impossible to carve out time to exercise, meditate, eat well or get decent rest when we're juggling work, family, bills and a culture that pushes us constantly into bad habits and stress. On top of that it's frustrating and demoralising when health is only about looking perfect or achieving outrageous goals.

I'm passionate about helping people design realistic yoga, meditation and healthy eating habits with a self loving attitude, because if the practices aren't acheivable or cause us to feel bad, we don't stick to them and nothing changes (individually or globally).
I've learned a lot about these obstacles the hard way, both personally and professionally working with hundreds of clients. I've also learned excellent, tried and tested strategies for overcoming them and get amazing results again and again.

The program focuses on designing daily practices based in Yoga, Ayurveda, habit science, mindfulness and whole hearted living. Life, after all, is simply an accumulation of days, so the fastest way to change your life is to change how you live each day.
