What You'll Get
- 3 Coaching/Counselling sessions with Morgan. Using EFT, Ayurveda, Habit Science, Meditation and more these sessions will help you bust through limiting emotional patterns, balance your health, and strategise clear actions for ongoing positive growth (can be done online via Zoom or in person in Sydney).
- Life-time access - 30 Day Online Lifestyle Program where you'll learn tools and habits to support living a balanced, happy and empowered life. This program includes 30 video lessons that teach simple, effective practices for health of body, digestion, mind, spirit and lifestyle.
- Home Practice Head Quarters a vault of online meditations, yoga classes and tutorials created by Morgan to support you on the journey.
- Ongoing Email Support. During the one month period you'll get daily emails that will keep you on track, inspired and give you a direct line to me to ask questions and reach out for support.
Note: The coaching sessions must be completed within 30 days of purchase, but you will have life-time access to the online lifestyle program to support ongoing integration and growth.
Access to the online program will begin immediately after purchase and you'll be sent an email to book in coaching session times.
